Thai Basil Chicken & Black Pepper Beef

Always feeling accomplished whenever I can go home before it gets dark and cook for the kids :). Today is one of those special days, even more special cause Jib picked me up at the office after his futsal tournament at Setu.
When I opened the fridge and found some beef and ground chicken that I've bought a while ago. Daripada keburu basi kaan mendingan langsung dimasak. So, Thai Basil Chicken and Black Pepper Beef it is. The basil chicken is no way near as good as my favorite one at King & I, but not bad lahh..Jehan loves it and asked to bring some for lunch tomorrow. Jib couldn't stop munching on the Black Pepper Beef. My kids always have a knack for making me feel like I'm the most brilliant cook :)
Recipe for my future reference:
Thai Basil Chicken
- Ground chicken
- Garlic and shallots
- Chillies
- Fresh Basil
- Sweet soy sauce & fish sauce
Black Pepper Beef
- Beef. Marinade it with: sesame oil, worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, oyster sauce
- Garlic, Onion
- Red & Green Pepper
- Ginger
- Black Pepper
- Sugar
